After taking a four month vacation from keeping this journal the expected occurred. I haven't fasted, I have eaten too much, gained girth and weight and completely eliminated my exercise regimen. Today it is being restored. The only regimen I maintained was my diet. I have almost exclusively remained on a raw vegetable and fruit diet. But I have eaten crackers, olives, granola, party mix nuts, and white chocolate, etc. Often I have eaten more than I shouold and as a result I gained weight. I am going to the gym just to see how badly I did. I have taken walks and find I lost my wind and will have to rebuild it.
