Today U\I switched my eating routine to Pritikin's small meals regimen. I tracked my blood sugar to see how it responded.

Eating small meals is a form of a fast when all you eat is low calorie foods. I'll continue to monitor the blood sugar to see that it responds as expected. This first test verifies Pritikin's thesis.
