Day 27 & 28 Pilates Discovered
Day 27 Sunday
I have discovered that exercise is great but what needs work is my "core". That stomach, abodomen, gluts area where man gets his power for almost everything. My friend started "pilates" several months ago and now she has an 1890's waist without the corset. That has encouraged me to attack my weaken core. Weakened by years of neglect and inactivity.

There are many tapes and disks on pilates. My friend swears by Mara Windsor Pilates. I am going to start as soon as I get the tapes.

I went to the bookstore and bought a beginner's pilates DVD and manuals. I hope I can get this old body into some of those positions.
