Day 37 Salt

Table salt is not a food. There is no good reason to eat salt. It is just another inorganic chemical. You might as well eat dirt. It has no nutritional value, no vitamins, no organic minerals. It robs calcium from the body and attacks mucus linings throughout the body. Rheumatism sufferers will tell you all about what salt does to them. Enough salt occurs naturally in vegetables.

In defining my diet I failed to mention seeds and nuts. These are good sources of protein and essential minerals. You may have noticed that I eat Tahini which is merely liquified sesame seeds. In addition, I always eat a couple of almonds a day as a deterrent to cancer. I have no idea if it works
