Day 63 Rest Day
I missed my exercise today waiting for repairmen for two appliances. I ate too much and decided to pull out one of my favorites tonight, Dr. Alan Cott, author of Fasting:The Ultimate Diet. Tomorrow is a fast day so I need a primer. he lists many benefits of fasting but these catch my eye: To sharpen the senses, to gain control of oneself, to look and feel younger. A fast helps a person lose weight who has let calories get the upper hand in his life.
