Those foods that rate 7.0 or higher are: Lemons, limes,mangos, all melons, papaya, cantaloupe,dried figs, dried dates, watermelon, Kudzu root, parsley, cayenne, alfalfa sprouts, coconut. try to eat foods that are high in akaline to delay the grim reaper.
