Day 49 Meds Revisited

This morning my sugar reading was down to 98. After gorging on soybeans and busting through 1,000 calories (1,725) I thought I would have had an elevated reading. Then I remembered that I took a full complement of diabetic medications at bedtime last night so the readings don't really count. They may have been influenced by the drugs. Today, before my 4th meal, however, it had dropped to 78, so my diet is doing its trick.

I look forward to my fast tomorrow. I am obsessing again and need a break This time it is grains and nuts. I don't believe in grains. They only arrived 10,000 years ago into our diet. I believe that it takes 500,000 years to fully evolve our digestion system to such a change of diet.
