Day 50 Neuropathy
Neuropathy manifests itself as a numbness in a diabetic's legs and feet. With me, numbness runs all the way to just below the knees. If a small pin is stuck in my leg, I can't feel it. The condition affects my balance and a number of other physical activities. One of the main reasons I am on this regimen is to cure my Neuropathy. I have no support for the fact that my efforts would ever be successful. But I have been putting time in at the gym targeting my legs. It appears that some of this effort is working. I have more feeling in my feet and legs than I did when I started. I now can't pinch my leg without it hurting. The bottom of my feet seem to be more sensitive. I plan to increase my efforts to beat this condition.
