Day 68 Every Day Routines

Things to do each day: Eat a garlic clove or two a day; Deep breathing exercises; eat soluble as well as insoluble fiber every day; leg exercises at home; a workout at the gym; fruits and vegetables, not starch,meat, dairy or acidic foods; eat only when hungry; eat one thing at a time when possible; drink lots of water.
