Day 102 Resume Pilates
I have been working on my cardio but forgetting the "core". In my weight routine I have two exercises for abs but now I am down so far, the core is getting more important not only for strength but for shape. I am going to try to allocate an hour a day to pilates and see if i can't shape up the middle.
