Day 96 Maintaining Downtrend.

I have had a tendency to have periods where I gain a pound then lose a pound and take too much time getting to where I want to go. I will be focusing on losing inches and pounds through the rest of this fast. I will increase the intensity of my workouts and increase the time I spend on them. I am starting to get anxious about losing pounds and getting back to a fighting weight. I have been patient but that modality is fading. Today I dropped to 193 and 37.5 which "is" maintaining. My sugar count dropped to 48 and required me to eat an orange. I hadn't slept well last night. The orange raised it to an acceptable 75. After my workout it dropped to 55 but I didn't feel weak so didn't have an orange.
