Day 99 Reduce Water Intake on Fast
This is the last day of an imperfect 7-day fast. I've lost 39 pounds and 8 inches off my waist. More importantly I no longer have to feel water-logged on a fast. I always followed the advice to drink a lot of water to flush poisons. Ehret instructs that saturating the system reduces the effectiveness of the fasting mechanisms and the potency of cleaning fluids.
