Day 98 Eating Less for Belly Good Reason

I was going to continue my 7-day fast but this morning when my 19 year old daughter had cooked the first waffle in her life and offered it to me, I had to succumb. It was delicious. The interesting thing was how I felt the rest of the day. My energy was fantastic, I was super alert, I put out 15 pages on my blog. What hadn't anticipated was my control. I thought breaking the fast last night would trigger my obsession. Strangely enough the programming I'm doing is working. Eat only when your hungry, not when you feel good, not when you still have belly to lose. So after the waffle, the fast continued.
