Day 95 194 and 38
I think its working. Its just my third day of the fast, and I am down to 194 pounds and my waist measured 38". My target is 36" and my fantasy is 34". My upper body weighs a bunch more than when I started working out. I probably would weigh 10 pounds less if I hadn't added muscle. I have to start heavy duty breathing exercises to improve my overall condition and skin tone.
