Day 106 A Fast Day
Celebrating I put on 8 pounds and an 1 1/2 inches on my waist. Well, it wasn't worth it. So I looked forward to this fast day to help me charge back down the "scale". A day to rest my digestive system but more importantly a day to reinforce my goal of having a 36" hard belly waist (and dreaming of a 34" waist).
I achieved a modicum of success by not panicking with a blood sugar count of 53 this AM. I didn't take a boost to restore the level, knowing full well that I am not hypoglycemic and don't need it. As I hoped, the after-exercise afternoon reading shot up to 61.
