Day 107 Reduced Consumption
I have to reduce consumption. I can't continue with white chocolate, tahini/honey, tortilla/cheese/salsa, string cheese and grapes, etc. Too many calories. Eat less. Smaller portions. My obsession is a self-serving delusion. I know better. I need to eat raw vegetables for many of the meals. I plan to institute that regimen today.
