Day 117 First Food Day of the Rest of My Life

The trick of raising one's alkalinity level is clearly to cheat the acidic foods by consuming very few calories thereof. At the same time to reduce or maintain your weight, one must recognize that some of the most alkaline-rich foods are loaded with calories, namely fruit. Therefore if your regimen is to lose pounds, reduce overall consumption so that you will be perpetualoly ready to eat. Never get that full feeling. Unless you are famished, just control yourself. Easy to say, but the strong will succeed in this endeavor.
