Day 113 Fast-Interim 2
Well I jumped back on the horse and it feels great. I went at 3.7 MPH for 30 minutes and jumped my weights from 10 lbs, to 12 lbs. for curls, upper body work, etc. My diversion has been my waist. I'm not hungry nor obsessed. But I continue to feel bloated when I drink water. There must be some effect I'm not getting. I have not waited until I'm thirsty, and that may be the problem. I'm not deinking on purpose.
