Day 112 Interim Fast
When you fall down as I did and mentioned Saturday, you have to get right up on the horse and ride it. I fell off my fasting and diet regimen and have to get right back on it and get back on my march towards an optimum weight which should be anywhere from 160 to 175 depending on the amount of muscle I add to my frame.
