Day 122 Last Day of My 69th Year
Today is September 30th. Tomorrow, I'm 70 years old. I feel great. It's 12:30 AM and I am calling my Doctor in the morning for my annual checkup. As I haven't told him about my change of diet, the exercise, the loss of weight and my stopping my meds, it should be an interesting check up.
To celebrate my attaining "advanced age" I had 2 hot dogs at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills at a political screening of the 1st. Bush/Kerry debate and the movie "Michael Moore Hates America". To show what a disaster it is to eat meat,sodas and cookies, see how my average alkaline caloric intake drops right off the chart.
