Day 123 70 Years Old

Seventy years ago I was born at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Hollywood, CA. Today marks the end of my 4th month of a new regimen. I've lost 36 poungs and 8" off my waist. I am in better condition than at any time in the last 45 years. I spend almost seven days a week in the gym devoting 30 minutes to cardio and 30 minutes to weights.

Today I took a holiday from my regimen and ate meat,eggs,white flour and sugar. My readings for my intake of alkaline foods illustrasts how bad such a diet is for you.
