Day 167 Undereating "The Rule"
Leaving the table a little hungry should be a rule. We dig our grave with a fork and spoon. A massive study at the turn of the 19th century into the 20th, which found no correlation between diet, exercise and other habits among those who lived past 100. Without exception they didn't eat much. Never overate, We should take heed and lose the need to get that full feeling after every meal.
