Day 70 No-No's
Do not eat or drink soft drinks, cookies, fried foods, cakes, pies, bacon/fatty meats, candy, jellies, sugar, potato chips, ice cream, doughnuts, salt, gravies, alcohol, sausage, alcohol, artificially sweetened cererals and fruit drinks and chocolate. Anything that contains salt or sugar are dangerous. They are sources of thick sludge that accumulates in your cells. These foods are extremely acid forming and cause acidosis, the reason we all die.
