Day 71 Habitmaker
Today, I fasted. I experienced no obsessions, no cravings without much effort. I went out and smells wafting from nearby restaurants had no
effect on me. Habit is starting to settle in. It takes time but it does happen. I haven't tried to eat fatty hamburgers so I still don't know if my palate would now reject that taste.
