Day 72 Save Time and Money
Fasting saves time and money. Fasting costs nothing and vegetables and fruit are not expensive in the quantities I plan to eat. Not being stuffed saves time as I need no naps. My concentration is better and I save time. I publish a complete blog on political matters and sometimes generate as much as 5 pages of original text per day with research. I have been religiously going to the gym every day for 4 months . My regimen is serving me well. The only frustration is that my condition has improved to the point I am impatient to revive the feelings in my feet. I feel I could handle activity better.
