Day 73 198 lbs and 39.5"
My weight has not been consistently under two hundred pounds for years. Yesterday afternoon I weighed in at 198 with a 39.5" inch waist. A real breakthrough. I know I'll probably spike up over this amount shortly, but I'm trying to get it down another 20 or so pounds with much of that weight being new muscle.
