Day 75 Endurance Update
Back on June 1,2004 when I started on this journey, my physical endurance and dexterity, flexibility and mobility were that of an 69 3/4 year old man who for a decade had divided his time between TV and a computer. Two decades ago, my only concession to exercise was playing golf on the weekends. Now, I have been going to the gym since April 1 and changed my diet on June 1, my endurance and general physical condition has improved measurably.
I was out of breath walking across the street or up one flight of stairs. I couldn't do a deep knee bend if my life depended on it. I couldn't stand to do a number of activities for any length of time. Disneytland was out of the questions. Now much of those capabilities have returned. The only thing hampering a quicker recovery is the nueropathy in my legs and feet. I sleep extremely soundly and don't need naps anymore with only an avrage of 5 hours of sleep,
