Day 79 Blood Pressure

I have been blessed with low blood pressure all my life. My scans belie that fact. To reduce your blood pressure you need to do the following:

Avoid Being Overweight
No Smoking
Avoid Fatty Foods
Reduce Alcohol Consumption
Eat Cleansing Foods
Avoid Salt
Reduce Stress & Tension
