Have you ever noticed that those who are in really good shape are usually happier, more energenic, more fun to be around than those old stick-in-the-muds? Did you also notice that even though many such people are not feature-by-feature handsome or beautiful are none-the-less more attractive. The whole package seems to knock you out. If you want ot be such a person, you need to clean your system and put it to the test through vigorous exercise. And put a smile on your face and soul.
