Day 86 38.5" Waist
This AM I arose to a 38.5" waist. I know it will blow up from time to time, but getting it down below 39" is a real event for me. Got to keep it going. A strange blood reading occurred. Last night about 1:00 in the morning I took a reading. I had fasted yesterday and my blood recorded 80. Yet this AM when I awoke and before I ate, my blood recorded 108. I can't account for this. I will continue to investigate the reason.
