Day 90 Longevity
As of today, I have outlived my father by 5 years and my maternal grandfather by 3 years. My mother is another thing. She lived to be 92 years old meaning my next target is 22 years away. She was a health kicker from the 1920s. I was reared on "pink salt". During WWII, I was a vegetarian for over two years. It cured me of childhood asthma. Poor eating habits, smoking and drinking saw it return at 33. It lasted until I was 47 when I quit smoking, drinking and coffee on my fast in Spain. This week will see my 3rd. month of a diet restricted to starchless vegetables,fruit and nuts and seeds(with a treat here and there to satisfy my need to cheat).
