Day 91 7-Day Fast
Tomorrw is the last day of the quarter. On Wednesday I start my quarterly 7-day water fast. I'll summarize my health and condition in the AM. Tonight I just pigged out for no reason at all. I have lost 31 pounds this quarter and 7 inches off my waist.
