Day 196 Salad Dressing

Salad dressing besides being high in fat and loaded with calories coat leafy greens and make them harder to digest. Try eating salads without dressing. You will be shocked to learn you like the taste of lettuce, tomato, etc. Oil and lemon/vinegar are the easiest to digest. Dairy and nut-based dressings the hardest to digest.
