Day 200 Starch and Protein

When a starchy food and a protein food are ingested together, the enzymes that digest protein overtakes the one that digests starch and slows it down to the point that the starch is only semi-digested and clogs up the works. Avoid eating starches and proteins together: like the cheese and grapes I just ate.
