Day 207 Eat Happy

There is no use to change your diet unless you're happy and the food you eat makes you happy. I've found that raw vegetables are really delicious and the lightness they leave me with keeps me in a constant state of happiness. I don't like many vegetables cooked so everything is working out well. If you suffer eating what you do, change it
