Day 213 Seven Food Groups

For me there are seven food groups. They are in no particular order:

Proteins Fats Saturated Fats Starchless Vegetables
Sugars and Sweets Starches Fruits

Fruits are the most important food group. The fruit group is further divided into the following categories:

Acid Fruits Sub-Acid Fruits Sweet Fruits Melon Fruits

One's knowledge of the alkaline/acid characteristic and the combining rules of these groups is important to feeling well, maintain health and living a long and prosperous life.
