Day 92 End of Quarter
Today marks the last day of my very first quarter. This quarter I lost 31 pounds, and lost 7 inches off my waist. My neuropathy is still there, but my legs are definitely working better. My endurence is dramatically improved as I now go 30 minutes straight at an average of 3.5 MPH. Not good for a kid, but great compared to the fact that I couldn't walk up one flight of stairs without losing my breath three months ago. Breathing is deeper. The arthritis in my hands is not significantly better probably because of the salt in my V-8 and in Bragg's Aminos. Tomorrow I start my 7-day quartely fast.
